New City Brochure Explains 911 Calls from Cellphone

The city's Neighborhood Services Division has produced a brochure stressing the importance of using 777-3211 instead of 911 when reporting an emergency using a cellphone. 911 calls from cellphones are routed to CHP dispatch in Vallejo and can result in serious delays.
